At THAT’S MY HOODie, we want you to love your new gear; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn hoodie back in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
